These terms govern use of the ComfortCater platform and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
ComfortCater provides software for managing catering and event operations — lead capture, bookings, documents, client portals, messaging, and payment records. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information your team enters. Venue administrators control which staff have access and at what role.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service. We will not use your client lists for our own marketing.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
- SMS and email features must be used in compliance with applicable messaging laws (e.g., TCPA/CAN-SPAM).
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination we will make your data available for export for thirty days.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
